The Book of Acts

Beginning Tuesday, September 2nd - November 18th

Whether you’re brand-new to exploring Scripture or you’ve been diving into God’s Word for years, we’d love for you to join us on a 12-week adventure through the action-packed book of Acts. Written by Luke - the Gospel writer, physician, and close companion of the Apostle Paul-this book is full of incredible true events that will inspire and challenge you.

In Acts, we’ll see the Holy Spirit come in power on the Day of Pentecost - tongues of fire resting on the apostles, believers speaking languages they’d never learned, and thousands coming to faith in a single day! We’ll watch a small, frightened group of disciples be transformed into bold witnesses for Christ, and witness the birth of the Christian church.

Acts is a powerful story of God’s grace spreading to the world through the message of Jesus—and a reminder that His work is still going strong today. We are part of that story. We are His witnesses.

Come discover together what the Lord wants to show us through the pages of Acts. We’re excited to meet you, and grow in faith with you, this fall!

Fridays @ 8:00 join this Friday morning men’s breakfast-- at Shoney’s in Dandridge!

Tuesdays at 12 meet us in the Choir Room as we focus on covering Shady Grove in prayer. We want to see the kingdom of God advance as we seek His face, and what better way than through prayer!

This is a women’s group that meets on Wednesdays at 10:00 in the youth suite. If you enjoy studying the word, good conversations and friends, come check it out!

This is a Thursday evening life group that meets at 7:00 in King Street, every second and fourth Thursday of the month! If you enjoy studying the Word, good conversation and fellowship you’re invited to come!

You’re invited to come pray with leadership before the 9:00 service as we prepare for a great morning of worship-- every Sunday morning @ 8:30 in the Fellowship Hall!

Our College Age class is a great way to get connected with other young adults in a similar season! Meeting at 6:30 on Monday nights, you are welcome to come check it out!
