Our church family is invited to join a 14 day prayer journey to support the Global Methodist General Conference and the ministries of Shady Grove. Our journey begins on August 24th and goes through September 6th. During this time, we ask that you be in daily prayer for the church. You may visit www.beautyofholiness2026.org for Scripture & Prayer guides to assist you in your journey. We will also gather together as a church family on Sunday, August 30th and September 6th for corporate prayer. These prayer meetings begin at 5:30 pm in the Sanctuary. Join us for a fun-filled day of fellowship at Ballinger Farm on October 4th froom 5-7 P.M.! We love this opportunity to get together as a church family-- there will be food, a hayride, games & activites, corn maze, pick-your-own pumpkin, and fellowship & family photo opportunities. All participates must register online using the link below. It is $10 a person, and children under 2 are free! Be sure to sign up below-- the last day to register is September 27th!

Join us October 18th from 4-6 P.M. in the church parking lot for a fun, safe, and welcoming community event that will be a great opportunity to build connections! There will be food, a hayride, games and activities, trunk or treat, bounce houses, prayer & care, and fellowship & family photo opportunities!

Our church hosts an “outpost” for Access Life every fall, that our church family loves to volunteer for! Serving at these events will bless you, as you bless & serve those families who are impacted by disability. The event itself is held from September 19th from 2-5 P.M. in our Fellowship Hall, but volunteers are asked to arrive by 1:00 P.M. to finish setting up.

Every shoebox is an opportunity to share the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ with a child. There are a few ways to help with this ministry:

1. Donate Items for our shoeboxes. We will collect items by age group during August, September and October-- our pracking party is November 1st @ 6:00.

- August ages 2-4

- September ages 5-9

- October ages 10-14

2. Take home shoeboxes to fill and return to the church. Shoeboxes will be available in September.

3. Donate $10 for shipping costs per shoeboxes. You can give through the link below, or write OCC Shoeboxes on your check.

4. Build your shoebox online. The cost for each shoebox is $30; this includes all items and the $10 processing cost. The link is below!
