Please read below for this week's announcements from Shady Grove: -As the pandemic situation worsens in Tennessee, we want to let you know that the staff is working to keep informed of the situation and is in constant discussion about how to best conduct ministry at Shady Grove. Please be sure to keep up with our emails, website, and Facebook page for any updates or changes to our normal schedule. -Weekend Food for School Children: We will be putting together food bags to go to both Piedmont and Mt. Horeb Elementary Schools later this month. There are several items we are low on: mac and cheese cups, fruit and grain bars, peanut butter crackers, and fruit cups. If you are interested in joining us to help pack the bags, please call Ashley at the church office to get your name on our call list. -Wednesday night programming for youth, adult Bible study, and choir will resume on January 20th. See you then! -On Wednesday night, January 20th, Jason will begin a new topic in his adult Bible study; he will be discussing the Gospel of John. The class will be an in-person/Zoom hybrid. All are welcome to join. -The Jefferson County Health Department has received a limited number of vaccines.
